Can I buy The Base in any shops?

Yes, we stock exclusively in Sephora. See our store locations.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you want to change your order please fill in this form or just email us at mgt@thebase.me with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our warehouse may have already sent it out. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours.

Can I order by telephone?  

No. Sorry. We are 100% an online business.

How do I contact The Base?

How do I check my order? 

After you place your order we will send you an email with a link so you can track your order. All orders can be tracked via the shipping company website as well.

What about refunds and returns?

We will accept returns and refund your money if it is returned to us within 7-days of delivery, and unopened and unused. If you want a refund, please contact us by email first to let us know why.

What if an item is out of stock?

You will be alerted that we're out when you try to buy it, OR if we run out after you've already placed your order we will apologise profusely and then offer you the option of waiting until it's back in stock, another product or a refund.

What payment methods does The Base accept?

We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.

When can I expect my order?

Will you ship to me internationally?

We'd LOVE to! Please check here for all the details and associated costs.

Are there additional charges to pay?

No. We pay all duties and taxes so the amount you pay is the total amount.

You will not have to pay the shipping company on delivery.
