Can I buy The Base in any shops?


Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

Just email us at mgt@thebase.me with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our warehouse may have already sent it out. Unfortunately once the order has been shipped, it's yours.

Can I order by telephone?  

No. Sorry. We are 100% an online business.

How do I contact The Base?

How do I check my order? 

After you place your order we will send you an email with a link so you can track your order. All orders can be tracked via the shipping company website as well.

What about refunds and returns?

We don't accept returns.

What if an item is out of stock?

You will be alerted that we're out when you try to buy it.

What payment methods does The Base accept?

We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.

When can I expect my order?

1-2 business days.
