What is your favourite work out?
I've always loved running outdoors, it's easy to do wherever I am, especially being someone who travels often. When I am at home or in LA I also love pilates reformer.
Can you tell us your four essential beauty products?
My new obsession is Birch Oil for my body. The Base Velvet Bronzing Base, I love using it on my eyelids. Uncover up RMS Eyebrow Brush or gel I know this is 5 products, but can't live without my multi purpose lip and beauty balm by RMS.
What are you reading at the moment?
My mum bought me 'the language of flowers' by Vanessa Diffenbaugh so I am reading that at the moment. The underlying message is about learning to love ones self.
What do you think every woman should have in her wardrobe?
A great leather jacket. I live in my acne one.
Tell me something nobody knows about you?
I steal the froth off my husbands almond cappuccino every time we have breakfast together and I also have mine too. It's bit of a problem!
What are the beauty essentials you think every woman should own?
I believe that beauty really comes from within, from being able to put yummy healthy food inside our bodies to assist with how we feel about ourselves. My essentials are kept very simple a nutritious organic diet exercise simple but consistent skin care routine. Happiness oils for the body and also the mind.
What has been your most memorable holiday to date?
I am very lucky I have travelled a lot to incredible places and have had incredible experiences, all different. Paris with my husband last year was a celebration of many things and was really special. We spent a week just roaming the city, it was my husbands first time to Paris.
What do you do each day that's just for you?
I love having a morning coffee with almond milk and some form of exercise if I can start my day like that, everything else is a bonus.
Who or what makes you glow with inspiration?
Creativity gets me extremely inspired whether it be fashion, art, music, film or theatre. Also being observant. In the last year I have learnt to just watch and listen to talented, driven people from all walks of life and it has opened my world up completely.
What are your rules to live by?
I would say to have the intent of doing what makes you happy everyday and for me that is to surround myself with beautiful people, work hard and live my dreams.

What is your favourite city for beauty treatments?
Paris for its simplicity and Lisbon, Portugal for its hidden spas which are amongst the most incredible architecture.
